Mission Statement
We will teach our students excellence through martial arts, and we will help them build the strength, knowledge, and courage to achieve their goals on and off the mats.
We will always strive to be a world-class team, competing around the world at the highest level. We will always promote a family-friendly environment that welcomes and encourages anyone who wishes to train with us.
For Our Community
At Oliver MMA Browns Bay, we strive to create a community of good, strong people in the East Coast Bays area. We want to keep our loved ones safe and look out for others.
We want to create, not just champions in BJJ/Wrestling, or MMA, but champions in life. We believe in instilling hard work, dedication, persistence, self-discipline, perseverance, and emotional control in our members.
WE OFFER SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE - FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES & EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Mat Monsters
For our 4 - 6 year olds. Think of Mat Monsters as a prep class for our youth programme. This class teaches the basics of grappling with fun games and drills while building a good physical foundation by developing their strength and coordination.
Youth Programme
For our 7 - 14 year olds. We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and a weekly wrestling class. Character education is also a big focus, and classes emphasize both competition and self-defence. We believe this age group is critical for developing champions in life for the betterment of a brighter future.
Adult Programme
For 15 year olds and up. Just like our youth programme, we offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and one weekly wrestling class. Again, the classes emphasize both competition and self-defence. As a beginner, you don’t have to worry about your fitness level as we mainly focus on technique drilling.
Our Disciplines

Please bring shoes/ slippers, a water bottle and a towel for your first class. We have strict hygiene rules, including no bare feet off the mats, for the safety of our members.
Clothing wise - tight-fitting clothes would be best so your partner’s fingers don’t get caught in them, shorts for guys and leggings are usually popular with the girls.
